Join Daniela in her Fairways kitchen and experience a class dedicated to the art of making time honoured regional specialties such as, melt-in-your-mouth Gnocchi, exquisite Tortellini, delicate Lasagne, sumptuous Ravioli and mouth watering Tagliatelle.
Gain the knowledge and skills that will have you prepare beautiful sauces to complement the fresh pasta, such as, traditional Ligurian Pesto, Emiliana Bolognese and Tuscan Ragu’.

Classes are limited to 10 participants per class to allow time for personal attention and class participation.
